The Sportsmanship Trophy went to Jett Jenkins of Checotah for never giving up and trying very hard.

There were 58 youth who actually fished and many parents and volunteers who attended. The Frisbie Youth Fishing Derby has been held for over 25 years and has often been the time when local youth have caught their first fish. Tackle supplies provided by the sponsors were given to each of the participants along with door prizes. This will help the youth and promote the sport of Fishing for another generation.
